Who we are
Waste Busters is a waste clearance business in Camberley, Surrey. We decide how your details are used, so we're responsible for looking after them. You can reach us about anything on this page at waste.busters.services@gmail.com or on 07765 229125.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, through the form on this website, WhatsApp, a phone call or email, we keep your name, phone number, email address if you give it, where the job is, what needs clearing and any photos you send.
What we use it for
- To reply to you with a price, and to arrange and carry out the job if you go ahead.
- To keep the records the law asks of a waste carrier and a business, such as Waste Transfer Notes and invoices.
- If you send photos, we may use before and after photos of the job to show our work, with nothing in them that identifies you or your home. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.
We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Our enquiries, jobs and paperwork are kept in Graftday, the job management system we use, which stores them for us and does nothing else with them. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, those services carry your messages. This website is hosted by GitHub, which, like any web host, keeps short technical logs of visits. The licence badge on our home page is shown by the Environment Agency's own website, and sets no cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any job we do for you, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep the records. A Waste Transfer Note, for example, has to be kept for at least two years.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or any tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we don't have to keep them. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
